Data deletion instructions

Request deletion of personal data held by Iteralift, including data associated with a Meta connection.

Submit a request

1. Open our privacy contact form and select “Delete my data” or “Meta data or connection”. No Iteralift account or sign-in is required.
2. Provide an email where we can reply. Describe the account, organization or connection involved and what you want removed. For a Meta connection, include the business or advertising account identifier if you know it. Never send passwords, access tokens, MFA codes, full payment details or sensitive funnel answers.
3. We will verify the requester’s identity and authority where necessary, confirm the scope and explain the outcome or any legally required retention. A team administrator can request deletion of business data only where authorized to do so.

The form confirms acceptance for email delivery, not completion of deletion. Save the request reference shown after submission. If delivery cannot be confirmed, retry the same form or write to our postal address.

Disconnect Meta access

You can remove Iteralift through the relevant Meta account’s app or business integration settings, or request disconnection using the form. Removing access stops future authorized retrieval once revocation takes effect; it does not by itself erase records already held by Iteralift. Request deletion separately when needed. Deletion by Iteralift does not delete originals held independently by Meta, such as campaigns in your advertising account.

The Meta integration is currently in development for our own team and advertising accounts. These instructions also apply to requests about development or test data associated with it.

Timing and contact

We normally respond to a personal-data rights request within one month. Where an extension is permitted for a complex request, we explain it within that month. We may retain limited records where a legal obligation requires it and will explain this in our response.
